TRENDING RUMORS
- Aston Villa striker Jhon Durán is set to undergo his medical ahead of his proposed move to Al Nassr, reports the Athletic. The two clubs are reported to have agreed a £77 million deal for the 21-year-old despite him recently signing a six-year contract at Villa Park in October. Duran has since been linked with an exit from the club in a continued struggle to garner first-team football over current starter Ollie Watkins, who the Villains rejected an offer from Arsenal for on Wednesday. Manager Unai Emery said post-match after Villa's 4-2 win over Celtic in the UEFA Champions League that Durán's move is "good news" for the club as it shows they are doing the right things in terms of developing players.
- Real Madrid winger Rodrygo is attracting interest from Al Hilal, according to Globo Esporte. The Saudi Pro League side have reportedly identified the 24-year-old as a potential replacement for Neymar, who was confirmed to have agreed a move to return to Santos on Tuesday. Initial talks are said to have taken place with Los Blancos, though it is expected that a move could be difficult to complete in the middle of the season. Liverpool's Mohamed Salah is also believed to remain on Al Hilal's radar, though they are currently exploring alternatives.
- Manchester United are keen on Chelsea striker Christopher Nkunku, reports Teamtalk. It is reported that the Red Devils could approach the 27-year-old before the transfer window closes, with manager Ruben Amorim identifying him as a strong option that could deployed in the No.10 role. Nkunku has made just three Premier League starts this season, with 16 appearances coming from the bench.
- Four Premier League clubs are now competing to sign Bayern Munich striker Mathys Tel, reports the Independent. Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are believed to be among the latest sides keen on the 19-year-old, who is also linked with both Manchester United and Chelsea. Talks are currently surrounding a loan move that wouldn't include an option to be made permanent, though the Gunners would prefer the option to sign him at the end of the season, and they are expected to explore the conditions of the deal with the Bundesliga side.
- Multiple clubs in Europe are in the race to sign Liverpool midfielder Stefan Bajcetic on loan, reports Relevo. The 20-year-old is reported to prefer a move to Las Palmas, who are at the front of the queue for him, but there is competition from Real Valladolid, Getafe, and FC Porto, with the Portuguese Primeira Liga side optimistic that their status could persuade him to make the switch there. Bajcetic is currently on loan at RB Salzburg, but recent reports have indicated that the Reds are preparing to recall him.
