NFL's Week 5 slate gets underway with a matchup of NFC West rivals when the San Francisco 49ers visit the Los Angeles Rams on "Thursday Night Football."
Sunday night features another division rivalry when the Buffalo Bills host the New England Patriots.
The week wraps up with the Kansas City Chiefs hitting the road to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars on "Monday Night Football" (8:15 p.m. ET on ABC/ESPN).
