Fresh off of their upset win over then-No. 13 Florida, the South Florida Bulls enter the top 25 rankings at No. 18, their first appearance in the AP Top 25 since 2018. The Bulls beat then-No. 25 Boise State in Week 1, and will look for their third ranked win in a row as they face No. 6 Miami.
Despite the Gators falling out of the top 25, the SEC had 11 teams ranked this week, the most that any conference has ever had in a week, according to ESPN Research. SEC teams will take part in two ranked matchups this week, as No. 6 Georgia heads to Rocky Top to take on No. 15 Tennessee, and No. 16 Texas A&M play in prime time against No. 8 Notre Dame.
